AGATHI KEERAI CURRY
Ingredients:
Agathi leaves- ½ bunch
Sugar- 1 tsp
Cooked thuar dhal- ¼ cup
Grated fresh coconut- ¼ cup
Salt- as required
For tampering:
Mustard seeds- ¼ tsp
Black gram shal- 1 tsp

Methods:
Wash and chop leaves finely.
Heat oil, add seasoning ingredients, broken red chillies and then chopped leaves.
Stir fry for few minutes with little sugar. (to prevent discolouration)
When it shrinks, add dhal, coconut salt and mix well.
Serve along with cooked rice.
