Ingredients:

For Batter –

1. All Purpose Flour (Maida) – 1/4 Cup ( 4 Tbsp )
2. Curd / Yogurt (Dahi) – 1 Tbsp
3. Orange Food Color or Turmeric Powder – 1/4 tsp
4. Water as required to make Batter

For Frying:

1. Clarified Butter (Desi Ghee) as required for Frying the Jalebis.

For Sugar Syrup:

1. Sugar – 1 Cup
2. Water – 1/2 Cup
3. Cardamom Powder (Elaichi Powder) – 1/2 tsp
4. Saffron (Kesar) Strings – 5 to 6 nos. (Optional)
