Ingredients of Fish Finger:
1. Bhetki Mach / Barramundi Fish (cut in to long size, 8 pc).
2. Ginger garlic paste (1 tsp).
3. Black pepper powder (¼ tsp).
4. Lemon juice (1 tsp).
5. Salt (as per your taste).
6. Red chilli powder (¼ tsp).
7. Bread crumbs.
8. Corn flour (2 tbsp).
9. An egg.
10. Parsley leaves paste.
11. Refined oil
Methods of How to prepare Fish Finger:
1. Marinate the Bhetki fish with 1 tsp lemon juice, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 2 tsp parsley leaves paste, ¼ tsp red chilli powder, ¼ tsp salt, and ¼ tsp black pepper powder. Mixed it well.
2. Keep the marinated fish in freeze for 30 min.
3. Add ½ egg and 2 tbsp corn flour in marinated fish.
4. Take bread crumps in a flat utensil.
5. Take 1 by 1 fish and mix bread crumbs. Keep aside.
6. Heat the pan and add refined oil.
7. Deep fry the fish finger very well in high flame.
8. Serve hot fish fingers with onion rings. You can also serve it with salads, sauce or kasundi.
