DOSA:
1. Whole Moong (green)- 1 Cup/150gms
2. Rice- 2 Tsp
3. Jeera raw- 1/2-Sspoon
4. Adrak/ Ginger- 1-inch
5. Green Chilli-2
6. Salt- 1/2-Sspoon or to your taste
7. Water- 1 Cup
8. Refined oil

Ginger Chutney:
1. Ginger/ Adrak- 1.5 inch
2. Onion- 1 big
3. Chana Daal- 2 Tsp
4. Lal Mirch raw- 4
5. Jeera raw- 1/2-Sspoon
6. Imli
7. Gud/ Jaggery- 1 Sspoon
8. Salt to taste
9. Water for grinding
10. Refined oil for Frying

Tadka( Chatni):
1. Urad daal: 1/2-Sspoon
2. Rai/ Black Mustard seed- 1/2-Sspoon
3. Hing: 1 Inch
4. Red Chilli whole- 1
5. Curry leaves- 6-7
6. Oil
