Piyaji Recipe – How To Make Bengali Style Onion Pakoda

Ingredients of Piyaji:
1. Sliced Onion ( 3 medium size )
2. Gram flower ( 3 tbsp )
3. Red chilli powder ( ¼ tsp )
4. Chopped green chilli ( 3 pcs )
5. Salt ( ½ tsp )
6. Corn flour ( 1 tbsp )
7. Turmeric powder ( ½ tsp )
8. Black cumin seeds ( 1/4 tsp )
9. Refined oil

Methods of Piyaji Recipe:
• Take a bowl. Take sliced onion, ½ tsp of turmeric powder, ½ tsp salt, ¼ tsp red chilli powder.
• Add Chopped green chilli, ¼ tsp black cumin seeds, 1 tbsp of corn flour, 2 tbsp of gram flour.
• Mixed all very well. No needed water.
• Add 1 tbsp gram flour for tight pest.
• Heat the oil very well.
• Fry piyaji both side in low flame.
• Finally fry this in high flame for 30 sec.
Now Piyaji is ready. Serve hot.
