Ingredients of Aam Pora Sharbat:
1. Kancha Aam/ Raw Mango (1 big size).
2. Sugar or Powder sugar (2 tbsp for each glass).
3. Jal jeera powder (¼ tsp for each glass).
4. Black salt (¼ tsp for each glass).
5. Ice cube.
Methods of How to prepare Aam Pora Sharbot at Home:
1. Soak the raw mango in water for 2 hours.
2. Then brush oil on mango skin.
3. Burn the mango very well in medium flame.
4. Remove all burn skin.
5. Smashed the mango very well.
6. Take 2 glasses. Add mango pulp.
7. Add 2 tbsp powder sugar in each glass.
8. Add ¼ tsp jaljeera powder in each glass.
9. Add ¼ tsp black salt in each glass.
10. Add water. Mixed it well.
11. Add ice cube and serve cool Aam Pora Sharbat or Aam Panna.
