Aloo Paratha is a popular Indian Breakfast recipe throughout western, northern and central Indian regions. Aloo parathas consist of unleavened dough rolled with a mixture of mashed potato and spices, which is cooked on a hot Tawa with butter or ghee. It is usually served with butter or chutney or raita.

Ingredients
– 4 boiled Potatoes / उबले आलू
– 1 chopped Onion / प्याज
– grated Ginger / अदरक
– Salt to taste / नमक
– 2-3 Green Chillies / हरी मिर्च
– Pomegranate Seeds / अनारदाना
– 1 tsp Carom Seeds / अजवाइन
– 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder / लाल मिर्च पाउडर
– 1 tsp Cumin Powder / जीरा पाउडर
– 1 tsp Coriander Powder / धनिया पाउडर
– Coriander Leaves / हरी धनिया
– Wheat Flour / गेहूं का आटा
– White Sesame seeds / सफेद तिल
– Ghee / घी
