Palak Chutney
INGREDIENTS
Grated Fresh Coconut – 1/2 Cup
Green Chillies – 2
Palak Leaves – 7
Cashewnuts – 8
Ginger – Small Piece
Salt – To Taste
Lemon Juice – 1/2 Tsp
Oil – 1 1/2 Tsp
Mustard Seeds – 1/4 Tsp
METHOD
1. Heat little oil, fry green chillies and palak leaves for a minute.
2. Allow to cool and grind to chutney consistency along with other ingredients.
3. Heat 1 tsp of oil, add mustard seeds allow to crackle and pour on top. Squeeze lemon, mix well and serve with idli/dosa.
