पौष्टिक सॅलडसाठी
• १ चमचा ऑलिव्ह ऑइल
• १/४ कप चिरलेली लाल सिमला मिरची
• १/४ कप चिरलेली हिरवी सिमला मिरची
• १/४ कप चिरलेली पिवळी सिमला मिरची
• १ कप उकडलेले छोले
• पनीरचे तुकडे
• १/४ चमचा मिरपूड
• चवीनुसार चिली फ्लेक्स
• मिक्सड हर्ब्स
• चाट मसाला
• १ चमचा लिंबाचा रस

With exams round the corner moms have always problem for different snacks. Those snacks must be healthier and tasty. Kids must love that. So, here I am with few such recipe those are easy to make and healthy, tasty. You can try these recipes at home and drop a comment for me. Do not forget to like, share and subscribe.
Ingredients:
For Nutri bar
• 1 cup or 100 grams Oats
• 1/4 cup Walnuts
• 1/4 cup chopped Cashew nuts
• 1/4 cup chopped Almonds
• 2 tbsp Jawas / Flax seeds
• 1/4 cup Raisins
• 1 tsp Ghee
• 1 cup Dated / Khajoor
For healthy Eggs
• Boiled Eggs
• Oil
• Red chili powder
• Chat masala
• Finely chopped Onion
• Finely chopped Tomato
• Finely chopped Coriander leaves
• Shev
For Healthy Salad
• 1 tsp Olive oil
• 1/4 cup chopped Red Capsicum
• 1/4 cup chopped Green Capsicum
• 1/4 cup chopped Yellow Capsicum
• 1 cup cooked Chole
• Paneer cubes
• 1/4 tsp Black pepper powder
• Chili flakes as per your taste
• Mixed herbs
• Chat masala
• 1 tsp Lemon juice
• Finely chopped Coriander leaves
Method:
For Nutri Bar
• Take oats in a pan and roast for about 3-4 minutes.
• You can use rajgira lahi, murmure, makhana in place of oats.
• Transfer the roasted oats into a bowl.
• In the same pan add walnuts, cashew nuts, almonds and fry for about 2-3 minutes.
• You can use peanuts in place of walnuts. Just take care to roast peanuts separately and not
with other dry nuts.
• When dry nuts are about to get roasted add flax seeds, raisins and roast everything well
together.
• Transfer everything into roasted oats’ bowl.
• In the same pan add ghee, dates and roast until dates come together nicely.
• Transfer the roasted dates into the bowl.
• Mix everything well together. You can mix it with hands when dates cool down.
• Transfer the mixture into a tray.
• Spread it evenly and press it so that it can be cut into bar. Let the mixture set.
• When the mixture sets well cut it into pieces.
• Nutri bar is all ready. It has shelf life of about 1-1 1/2 month.
For Boiled Eggs Salad
• Take boiled egg and just give small cuts in it so that it won’t break while frying.
• Drop such boiled eggs into oil and fry it until crispy.
• When eggs get nice golden color, turn off the gas.
• Sprinkle red chili powder, chat maslaa and coat egges well with spices.
• No need to add salt as we are using chat masala.
• Transfer the eggs into a dish and cut them into half.
• Sprinkle red chili powder, chat masala, onion, tomato, coriander leaves, shev on each half egg.
• Boiled egg salad is all ready.
For Healthy Salad
• Heat up oil in a pan.
• Add red capsicum, green capsicum, yellow capsicum and fry for just about a minute.
• Add chole, paneer cubes and mix well.
• Fry for just about 2 minutes.
• Add black pepper powder, chili flakes, mixed herbs, chat masala, lemon juice and mix
everything well together.
• Turn off the gas and healthy salad is all ready.
• Add coriander leaves and mix well.
• You can store this salad for 2 days in freeze.
