Baking soda – 1 tsp
For 2nd coating:
Egg – 2
Salt

Really good….hope u know that only indian(or asian) kfc chicken is flaky…outside india its just plain…no flakes at all….and kfc is originally made in a pressure fryer…and not regular deep fried…..
