• चवीनुसार मीठ
• २~३ चमचे भाजलेल्या शेंगदाण्याचं कूट
• बारीक चिरलेली कोथिंबीर

Batata rassa is a traditional recipe mostly served in marriages in villages. You can call it mix veg sabzi as it has many veggies like bringle, potato, matar etc. This gavran style sabzi tastes just awesome and is very easy to make. You can try this recipe at home and drop a comment for me. Do not forget to like, share and subscribe.

Ingredients:
• 2 tsp Oil
• 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
• 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
• Curry leaves
• 1 finely chopped Onion
• Garlic cloves
• 1 tbsp Kala masala
• 1 tsp Red chili powder
• 1 finely chopped Tomato
• 1 medium size chopped Potato
• Fresh peas
• Water
• 1 chopped Brinjal
• Salt to taste
• 2~3 tsp roasted Peanut powder
• Finely chopped Coriander leaves

Method:
• Heat up oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds and let them pop up.
• Add cumin seeds, curry leaves, onion and fry until onion gets light golden color.
• Add garlic and fry for another 3-4 minutes.
• You can add ginger-garlic paste in place of garlic.
• Add kala masala, red chili powder, tomato and mix well.
• You can use goda masala or any garam masala available with you in place of kala masala.
• No need to cook tomato as it will be cooked later with all other veggies.
• Add potato peas and mix well.
• Add water and mix well.
• Cover and cook until potato is 70-80% cooked for about 10-12 minutes.
• Add brinjal, salt and mix well.
• Cover and cook for another 7-8 minutes until brinjal is cooked well.
• Remove the lid and check if brinjal is cooked.
• Add roasted peanut powder and mix well.
• Cover and cook for another 7-8 minutes.
• Add coriander leaves and batata rassa is all ready.
• Batata rassa goes fantastic with puri.
• You can have this with chapatti or fulka or poli too.
