For Puttu :

Oil – 4 tbsp
Fennel Seeds – 1 tsp
Onion – 1/4 kg
Ginger Paste – 1/4 tsp
Garlic – 15 pods
Green Chilli – 4 (Remove the seeds)
Curry Leaves – Little
Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
Pepper Powder – 1/2 tsp
Turmeric Powder – 1/4 tsp
