Chilli Bajji, Vazhakkai Bajji, Onion Bajji
INGREDIENTS
Bengal Gram Flour – 1 Cup
Rice Flour – 1/2 Cup
Salt
Red Chilli Powder – As Required
Cooking Soda – 2 to 3 pinches
Assorted Sliced Vegetables – Onion, Capsicum, Plaintain, Chilli….
Oil – For Deep Frying
METHOD
1. Sift the flour, mix with salt, chilli powder and soda together if you want.
2. Add water gradually and prepare a dipping consistency batter.
3. Cut the vegetables to convenient thin slices.
4. Dip in the batter to coat and deep fry in hot oil.
