Thinai Porridge/Millet Porridge (Porridge Mix)
INGREDIENTS
Italian Millet or Thinai – 1/2 cup (dry roasted)
Roasted Gram – 1 Tblsp
Dry Roasted Oats – 1 Cup
METHOD
1. Powder all the ingredients in a mixie.
2. Sift it through fine mesh sieve.
3. Store in a bottle.
FOR KANJI/PORRIDGE
Cook 1 Tblsp of porridge mix with 1/2 cup of watter until thick and creamy. Add little milk and sugar. Or add Curds and salt.
