GLUTEN FREE RICE POORI
Ingredients:
Leftover cooked rice- ¼ cup
Processed rice flour – as required
Salt – to taste
Oil – for deep frying
Methods:
1. Mash the rice in small mixie.
2. Add salt, rice flour and run the mixie once for the flour to get mixed.
3. Take out and knead well.
4. Prepare small balls, flatten and roll out like pooris.
5. Deep fry in hot oil.
