INGREDIENTS
Pizza Base (Small Size) — 2
Grated Tofu — As required
Grated Carrot — ¼ Cup
Finely Chopped Palak — ½ Cup
Grated Morzella Cheese — As Desired
Salt — To Taste
Oregano — 2 Pinches
Red Chilli Flakes — Little
Butter — To Apply on top
Oil — For Frying Masala
METHOD
1. Cut Pizza Base diagonally into 2 as thin slice and keep both pieces together.
2. Apply butter on outer sides of it.
3. Fry grated carrot, palak for few minutes.
4. Add Salt, Oregano, Chilli flakes. Remove from fire and mix with Tofu.
5. Stuff it inside the two pieces of Pizza base and keep in pre-heated sandwich toaster.
